This service applies when you use the Daring back bolt punching machine. Daring provides corresponding maintenance services for the sold back bolt punching machines, and machine repairs are free of charge.

The back bolt punching machine includes the following consumable parts: bearings, drilling shafts, and guide sleeves. Generally, there is no return or exchange for these parts if there are no quality issues after the user receives the machine. When operated properly, the drilling shaft and guide sleeve can withstand punching more than 20,000 back bolt holes, and the machine bearings can ensure continuous use for 15 days (8 hours per day). Other components of the machine (including the motor) are guaranteed for 3 months. Within this period, Daring will provide free replacement services for other damaged parts except for the aforementioned consumable parts.

If the back bolt punching machine experiences a malfunction (non-consumable part failure) during the warranty period, please return the machine to the Daring factory at the following address. Once the machine is repaired, we will return it to the user. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our company. Before sending the machine for repair, please call the original salesperson or 021-66395341 to explain the situation.

Paid Maintenance

If the back bolt punching machine experiences a failure beyond the warranty period or if there is a malfunction in the consumable parts, it needs to be returned to the Daring factory for repair. Before returning the machine, please call the original salesperson or 021-66395341 to confirm the repair price. Once both parties have communicated and agreed, you can return the machine to the following address. The shipping costs for returning the machine will be borne by the purchaser, while the return shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Machine Maintenance

Construction sites generally have high performance requirements for the products, and harsh usage environments can significantly reduce the normal service life of the machine. Studies have shown that effective maintenance and proper use of the machine can extend the lifespan of consumable parts by 50% to 100% and the overall machine lifespan by more than 50%. Here are some simple instructions for machine maintenance:

After each day of construction, clean the internal water stains of the punching machine's pipe, as well as oil stains and dirt on the machine's surface.

Add the appropriate machine oil to the punching machine every 3 days.

If the machine is not used for a long period (more than a week), remove the drill bit and keep the machine dry. If the surrounding environment is humid, apply a layer of sealing oil to the machine body.
